We are seeking a skilled Full-stack and/or Embedded Software Engineer to join a team developingstate-of-the-art general-purpose robots designed to operate in human spaces and with human tools. It is designed to work alongside humans, mobilize to human spaces, and manipulate the world around it. This role will be responsible for driving and supporting humanoid robot testing, debug and root cause analysis; And will require a mix of experience with embedded software, and integration with highly complex mechanical systems.
- Support the development of verification & validation procedures and test scripts and ensure traceability to engineering and product requirements.
- Document verification & validation results and partner with systems and design engineers to recommend corrective actions and obtain stakeholder acceptance of validation results.
- Validate the performance and reliability of general purpose robots during product development.
- Ensure testing processes and procedures comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Summarize and present complex test results to drive actionable plans.

- Experience designing specialized test equipment and test fixtures.
- Experience using Test Rail as a testing framework
- Ability to automate test scripts.
- Professional experience using standard CI tools like Git.
- Strong theoretical understanding of some significant subset of dynamics, controls, estimation, and linear algebra.
- Experience implementing model-based feedback control of articulated robots and troubleshooting hardware.
- Experience with complex robotic systems, especially planning and control for grasping and manipulating generic objects with a robot arm in an industrial automation context.
