Team Leadership & Development:
Lead and mentor a team of SFMC technical administrators, developers, and project resources.
Foster a collaborative, high-performance team culture.
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and professional development.
Manage resource allocation and workload balancing.
Platform Strategy & Roadmap:
Define the strategic roadmap for Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) with Product Management.
Stay updated on SFMC releases and industry best practices.
Drive platform innovation and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with Data Warehouse, CRM, Security, and other IT teams.
Technical Oversight & Governance:
Provide technical guidance on SFMC architecture, configuration, development, integrations, and data management.
Establish development standards, code review processes, and deployment best practices.
Ensure platform security, data privacy compliance, and adherence to IT governance policies.
Manage SFMC user access controls and security settings.
Oversee the technical design and implementation of marketing automation solutions.
Operational Excellence:
Ensure the stability, performance, and reliability of the SFMC platform.
Oversee platform monitoring, incident management, and troubleshooting.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Project Delivery:
Serve as the primary IT liaison for Marketing and other business stakeholders.
Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Oversee SFMC-related projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
Communicate platform status, project updates, and strategic direction.
Vendor & Budget Management:
Manage relationships with Salesforce and related technology vendors.
Oversee the SFMC budget, manage contracts, and monitor usage limits.
Conduct regular vendor reviews.

Bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
Minimum of 3 years (7+ years preferred) with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
3+ years in a leadership or management role.
Strong understanding of SFMC data models, development languages (AMPscript, SSJS, SQL), and integrations.
Solid understanding of digital marketing concepts and regulations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience managing project lifecycles and collaborating within cross-functional teams.
Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications.
Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
Experience managing budgets and vendor relationships.
