You will work closely with operations and data platform stakeholders to interpret data, develop dashboards and reports, and ensure data accuracy and accessibility.

5+ years of experience in business intelligence, business analysis, data analysis, or a similar role
Proficiency in BI tools such as Grafana, Power BI, Tableau
Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
Experience creating documentation in Salesforce (ex. end users can keyword search an issue and find documentation to help troubleshoot)
