Job Description

My client based out of Houston, Texas is looking for a Traveling Regional Construction Manager to join their growing team. They will be traveling on a regular basis for 2-3 days at a time, overseeing all projects west of the Mississippi from Texas to California. Their day to day responsibility will overseeing the day to day responsibilities of ~10 project managers/superintendents, ensure all projects are being completed on time and on budget, and partner with estimating and BD to support bid preparation.

Required Skills & Experience

- 7+ years construction operations experience
- 3+ years leadership experience with project managers reporting in to him
-Strong experience in multi-family construction renovations
- Ability to regularly travel
