Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Senior IT Mobility Engineer to join one of our utility clients in the DallasFort Worth area. This individual will lead the configuration, deployment, administration, and management of the organizations mobile communications infrastructure, including the migration of their MDM/UEM platform to Microsoft Intune. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Workspace ONE, provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 support, manage vendor relationships, and ensure the secure and efficient operation of mobile devices across the enterprise. Additional responsibilities include evaluating emerging technologies, developing and enforcing mobile policies, supporting disaster recovery planning, and training IT staff.

Required Skills & Experience

Over 3 years of experience configuring, administering, and supporting Mobile Device Management (MDM) systems, with prior expertise with Microsoft Intune
Deep expertise in MDM/UEM platforms, particularly Workspace ONE, with proven ability to manage and secure mobile endpoints while implementing best practices for security, compliance, and scalability
Extensive hands-on experience in enterprise mobile device support, including:
· Advanced skills in configuring, deploying, and troubleshooting both iOS and Android devices
· Proficiency in device wipe/reload procedures, staging, and full lifecycle management
Tier 2/3 IT support experience with a strong track record of resolving complex and escalated mobile-related issues efficiently and effectively

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Prior Microsoft Intune Administration and/or support experience
