Insight Global is seeking a mid-to-senior-level Microsoft Administrator to join the largest natural-gas only utility clients in the DFW area. This individual will require hands-on experience managing and supporting Microsoft technologies in an enterprise environment. This individual will be responsible for both project-based initiatives and day-to-day operational support, with a strong focus on the administration, configuration, and security of Microsoft platforms. Key expertise in Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Entra ID (including role-based access, SSO, and lifecycle management), and Microsoft 365 integrations will be required. Familiarity with Copilot Studio, large language models (LLMs), and prompt engineering is also important, along with working knowledge of Microsoft Graph API and data security compliance in AI solutions. The ideal candidate is proactive, technically skilled, and capable of responding to system emergencies as part of an on-call rotation.

5+ years of experience performing Microsoft Administration work, with a strong background in enterprise environments
Proven expertise in Microsoft Purview Administration, including data governance, metadata management, Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies, and audit policy configuration
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID, including role-based access control, role assignment and management, single sign-on (SSO) support using SAML/OIDC, and lifecycle management
Proficient in managing and integrating Microsoft 365 environments with Entra ID
Familiarity with Copilot Studio, including building custom copilots, and a solid understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and prompt engineering concepts
Working knowledge of the Microsoft Graph API and data connectors, with the ability to manage data security and ensure compliance in AI-driven solutions
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field
Experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript, PowerShell, or Python for automation and system management tasks
Familiarity with Power Platform administration, including tools like Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI
Hands-on experience with job scheduling tools, automation platforms, and middleware technologies such as IBM App Connect and IBM MQ
Experience with GitHub administration, including repository management, access control, and workflow automation
