Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Physical Therapist for a top rated pain management clinic. This position will play a crucial role in helping patients recover from spinal injuries, surgeries, and chronic pain conditions. You will assess patients, develop personalized treatment plans, and implement therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and overall function. Working closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals, you will ensure seamless patient care and optimal rehabilitation outcomes. Additionally, you will educate patients on injury prevention and self-management techniques, empowering them to take an active role in their recovery.

Required Skills & Experience

Valid Texas Physical Therapy License

Doctorate or Masters degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

Minimum of 2 years of experience in outpatient or orthopedic physical therapy

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work collaboratively with physicians and other
healthcare professionals

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience working in a specialized spine clinic

Certification in manual therapy or dry needling

Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
