A large aerospace client is looking for someone to come in and lead their software development team. This position will be more operational in nature, but this candidate does need to come from a solid development background to be able to mentor their team and drive code forward. On a day-to-day, this person will help run scrum ceromonies, track progress, assign responsibilities, review code, and mentor the developers on the team, This will be on-site in Chihuahua mexico 3-4 days a week and may require travel to the US & France from time to time. They are looking for a candidate with great communication, negotiation skills, and operational presence.
