Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Sr. D365 Technical Lead for one of our large Oil and Gas clients in Houston, TX. This person will report to the Senior Manager of Information Technology and will be responsible for ensuring the optimal use of the CRM modules within the D365 application. To qualify for this role, applicants must possess at least 5 years of technical experience working in the CRM modules of the Microsoft D365 application or 3 years of experience with strong technical expertise and the ability to discuss Microsoft best practices and propose resolution ideas for specific CRM issues. This position will be responsible for liaising between the business and the offshore maintenance and development team, ensuring Microsoft best practices and the optimal use of CRM modules within D365. This hybrid position requires 4 days onsite, with remote half-day Fridays. The pay rate for this position is between $130,000-$155,000 per year.

Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of experience working in the CRM modules of Microsoft D365 application
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience working Microsoft D365 environment with a strong knowledge of Microsoft best practice
