Insight Global is looking for a MS Project Implementation Specialist to join their construction & engineering team. You will be responsible for educating project managers on MS Project and working to replace various excel notebooks with a centralized project management tracking system. This role is crucial in ensuring project continuity and will play a pivotal role in ensuring long-term CapEx success for our client. You will assess existing processes and workflows and replicate them into organized Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) in MS Project to ensure project deliverables are aligned with the business needs. Your goal is to ensure the team is fully equipped and capable of using Microsoft Project independently on a day to day basis. Domain knowledge in enterprise CapEx projects is highly preferred. This opportunity will be on site 5 days a week in the Galleria area of Houston, TX.

Proficiency in Microsoft Project.
Experience in project management and implementation with Microsoft Project
Strong communication and training skills with Microsoft Project
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Experience managing CapEx projects using MS project
Comfortability reporting onsite five days per week
