Job Description

A federal client is seeking a Bilingual Clinical Director to supervise a team of clinicians supporting unaccompanied minors immigrating to the United States. The National Clinical Director will supervise Clinicians that conduct home visits with minors, assess living environments, conduct intakes, connections to resources, and provide Clinical interventions. The National Clinical Director will train, develop, and mentor the Clinicians, report on team performance, assign cases, and review case notes.

Salary: $100,000-$107,120

Required Skills & Experience

Bilingual in both English and Spanish
Masters Degree in Sociology, Psychology, Social Work or other equivalent behavioral science according to state regulations.
Valid clinical license (LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LISW, LPC, etc)
2 years of experience providing clinical services
2 year of experience managing staff that provide clinical services.
Strong experience with home visitations
Valid drivers license and personal car.
Strong writing skills
Comfortable with on-call requirements
Comfortable working flexible hours to meet the needs of the program.
