Job Description

The Regional Vice President of Facilities and Maintenance is a strategic and operational leader responsible for overseeing the performance, development, and execution of all facilities and maintenance functions across multiple regions. This role provides leadership to Regional Facility Managers and ensures alignment with company standards for safety, functionality, and member experience across all Crunch Fitness locations. The RVP will drive operational excellence, vendor management, capital planning, and preventative maintenance strategies while fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelors degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum 57 years of progressive leadership experience in facilities or operations management, preferably in a multi-site environment such as fitness, retail, or hospitality.
Proven experience managing regional or national teams and large-scale vendor contracts.
Strong knowledge of building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance.
Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in facilities management software and reporting tools.
Valid drivers license and ability to travel regionally as needed.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Certifications in HVAC, electrical, or facilities management (e.g., CFM, FMP, PMP).
Experience with capital project management and budgeting.
Familiarity with Crunch Fitness brand or other Franchise Fitness standards and operational model.
