Job Description

A client of Insight Global is seeking a Facility Manager to join their team in Big Lake, TX. This person will be responsible for all aspects of operations at client-owned facilities. This will include contract deliverables and service delivery, as well as safety, operational, financial, and administrative performance. They will be responsible for all vendor services and employees to ensure quality and safety compliance safety training, pre-job hazardous assessments, job risk reviews, identifying high potential risk, performing audits and observations, enforcing company and site guidelines and procedures.

Required Skills & Experience

Experience in a Facilities Management role leading, directing, and coordinating the maintenance of facility technicians and office services

Experience working in a safety-conscious environment

Excellent history of building customer relationships, hiring staff, developing employees, and implementing policies

Quality control, maintenance process development, and account administrative function experience

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience in the oil and gas industry

Long-term planning matching customer/client goals and objectives
