We are seeking a HSE systems Analysts to join a team of two for a large oil and gas company here in Houston Texas. The HSE Systems Analyst is responsible for supporting the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of corporate HSE systems, tools, and applications. This role involves coordinating and completing user support tasks, enhancement requests, and incident resolutions while testing and validating system updates, bug fixes, and data integrations. The analyst will work closely with stakeholders to develop training materials, user resources, and communications that improve accessibility, functionality, and overall user experience. Additionally, the role includes gathering and documenting system requirements, coordinating feedback sessions, supporting HSE reporting metrics, and identifying opportunities to integrate new technologies that enhance HSE processes and system performance.

A bachelor's degree in safety, health, environmental, business administration, or management information systems.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
Experience using SQL to troubleshoot problems, create dashboards, and test new development.
Experience resolving information management system issues.
Basic understanding of applicable local, state, and federal HSE regulations.
Skilled in Microsoft 365 software applications.
Experience with business intelligence tools such as PowerBI, Spotfire, Tableau, etc.
Experience in form development applications (i.e., TrueContext, etc.)
Experience with Intelex, but proficiency with other HSE software such as Enablon, Cority, or similar systems will also be considered.
