Job Description

The Project Architect will be responsible for managing the architectural production needs for multiple divisions. This includes coordinating the design development, construction documents and permitting phases of the projects, as well as collaborating with Architectural Business Partners to forecast and plan for future needs. Additionally, the Project Architect will own the division specific product by overseeing quality controls and signing and sealing the construction documents
Job site visits, follow-up communications, and collaboration with internal teams and external partners
Manage a team of 4-6 people. Allocate workorders and manage their workflow.
Dealing with permit sets, design orders and creating construction documents from scratch, master plan updates and revisions to existing master sets.
This role will NOT include designing or drafting

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor of Architecture or Master of Architecture
Architecture License TX, NCARB
5 years of residential industry
Experience in AutoCAD

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Single family or Multifamily experience
Experience with structural components for construction documents, reframing and lateral design.
Previous builder experience
