Job Description

A client in the food and beverage space is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to join their plant to support all maintenance functions. These functions include predictive preventive maintenance (PPM), spare parts, scheduling and performance management over mechanics. Other day-to-day responsibilities include:
- PM reviews & Root Cause analysis
- Support the development, control and tracking of maintenance budgets
- Coordinate with planning/scheduling, inventory control and maintenance purchasing teams for all repairs, products, work schedules and meetings
- Administer the PPM program and parts room inventory for all equipment, building and facilities through the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
- Identify and analyze equipment failures and recommend solutions

Required Skills & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in engineering
- Experience in a CMMS (SAP or Oracle matches up)
- 3+ years of experience working with equipment vendors
- Willingness to be hands on or capability to make technical recommendations

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Food & Beverage experience
- CMMS Experience in Impact
- CAD Experience
- Experience creating Gantt Charts
