An employer in the San Antonio area is looking for a Receptionist/Administrative Support Coordinator. They will be supporting the front desk operations as vendors, clients and employees come in and out of the office. They will provide administrative duties such as: greeting personal as they come into the office, answering calls & making calls, providing data entry on documentations, help with filing, provide support with onboarding and hiring paperwork to new employees, make cold calls, track and update invoices for company vehicles. They will also be supporting the HR manager with any additional tasks and duties.
$18-21/hr
