Insight Global is seeking 10 Correspondence Processors to join the Utilization Management team to help with the influx of membership growth. To be successful in this role this individual must have experience in a customer service or administrative support role within the healthcare industry. This individual will be responsible for monitoring and processing denial and approval letters that ensure that patients receive timely and appropriate care while maintaining accurate records and communication.

- 1 year of experience in a customer service or administrative support role within the healthcare industry - Care Review, Care Coordinator, Medical Assistant, Patient Services, Utilization Review, Authorization, Eligibility, Claims, Member Services, Patient, Provider, Enrollment, Benefits, Billing
- Experience reviewing denial and approval letter to ensure all necessary information is accurate.
- Experience monitoring and processing denial and approval letters through the internal system/application.
- Experience entering member data into the appropriate system/application - PEGA, UMK2, Availity.
Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
Must be able to fulfill the first 2-weeks of training then first 3-months of the assignment without a day of absence.
Must be open to a flexible working schedule:
8-hour shifts, Sunday Thursday or Tuesday Saturday, 9 AM PST 6 pm PST
