Job Description

As a Payroll Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for our employees. You will be responsible for managing payroll-related tasks, addressing employee inquiries, and maintaining payroll records with precision. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll administration, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
In this role, you will collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws. You will also be instrumental in identifying and resolving payroll discrepancies, providing exceptional customer service to our associates, and continuously improving payroll processes.
This individual will work a hybrid schedule, working two days remote with a half day on Friday.

Required Skills & Experience

3+ years of experience in payroll administration

Experience with HR and payroll systems, such as ADP, SAP and/or SuccessFactors

Experience with federal, state and local payroll laws

Experience creating journal entries and account reconciliations

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Midstream industry experience
