Insight Global is seeking a Sales Manager for our client in the Environmental industry. The Sales Manager of Environmental Services (ES) is responsible for leading the sales team in managing non-hazardous and hazardous waste stream services. This role involves developing and implementing business strategies and sales plans to maximize sales volume and drive profitable growth. Key responsibilities include hiring, training, and coaching sales staff, managing sales performance through CRM tools, and ensuring the team follows a standardized sales process. The manager also works closely with business units to address customer needs, monitors market trends, and participates in pricing strategy development. Additionally, the role involves analyzing sales force structure, providing feedback on sales and marketing initiatives, and assisting with customer solicitation and retention strategies.
