Were seeking a talented LMS Administrator with a background in Instructional Design to support our internal training systems, with a strong preference for candidates who have Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) experience. This role will be instrumental in managing our Learning Management System (LMS), developing impactful content, and supporting training across both online and in-person formats.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer and manage LMS platforms, ensuring functionality and user accessibility
Create and design training materials and eLearning content (Articulate 360 preferred)
Deliver training courses via online and in-person sessions
Modify existing content and maintain content databases
Provide basic IT troubleshooting support related to LMS and training systems
Leverage tools such as Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps to enhance training and reporting
Support project management initiatives for EHS training across Texas (80%) and Nevada/Fremont (20%)

LMS Administration (35 years of experience required)
Content development & instructional design (including Articulate 360)
Content and database management
Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps experience
Strong communication and troubleshooting skills
Project coordination or project management exposure is a plus
Bachelors degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
EHS training experience highly desirable
Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals certification is a plus
