Job Description

The Technical Support Associate will handle desktop support and service restoration for both daily operations and projects. Operating within a complex, distributed computing environment, they will offer IT service support for PCs, MACs, software, hardware, and various network issues. Additionally, this role involves collaborating with team members and customers, and contributing to ongoing improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will also have great communication and time management skills. The hourly pay rate ranges from about $23-27/hr.

Required Skills & Experience

- 2+ years of experience in supporting and troubleshooting computers, printers, servers, and other network issues in a corporate environment
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking, VPN, DHCP, AD, DNS, WINS, and FTP
- Skilled in IT infrastructure architecture, communications protocols, and networking technology and hardware
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Office 365 services
- Background in Windows 10/11 desktop implementation and support
- Great communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
