Job Description

Insight Global is hiring a Desktop Support Technician to join our construction client, 100% on site in Houston, TX 77079. This role will be responsible for windows imaging, software installs, printer installs, AV support in conference rooms, shipping equipment, new hire equipment set ups, and more. Additionally, they will use the ServiceNow (SNOW) ticketing system and to service and support internal users through 150-200 tickets per month on average. Soft skills such as customer service, communication, responsibility and ownership of your work, the ability to research, troubleshoot, and problem solve will be important for this position. The right candidate should want to learn and grow with the company long term. This position can pay anywhere between $21/hr to $25/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Required Skills & Experience

· 3+ years of desktop support experience working on tasks such as windows imaging, software installs, printer installs, new equipment set up, AV set up, and general troubleshooting
· Experience using a ticketing system
· Experience troubleshooting on Windows 10, Teams, Zoom, Webex, and both hardware and software experience

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

· Bachelor's Degree
· Previous experience with ServiceNow (SNOW)
· Previous experience with PowerShell or other scripting language
