A large company headquartered in Dallas looking for a Pop Culture Manager to sit on- 5 days a week. Listed below are some of the day-to-day tasks you will be completing.
Develop and execute a comprehensive social media marketing strategy.
Create and maintain a content calendar with engaging, original posts focused on growth across Meta platforms, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X.
Track and analyze the performance and impact of social media activities.
Generate reports using analytic tools to measure success and inform future strategies.
Moderate accounts by thoughtfully engaging with comments, direct messages, collaboration requests, tags, and DMs.
Identify and connect with influencers, bloggers, and other relevant stakeholders to build strategic partnerships and collaborations.
Educate and advise internal teams on effective social media use, providing training and support as needed.

3-5 years of experience with content social media creation in a digital marketing agency or a large corporation
Proficient in video production, with strong skills in creating engaging content
Experience working with influencers negotiating rates and talking through content creation for their posts
Track record for increasing online following
Proficient with social media platforms
Background within pop culture
