Job Description

We're seeking an experienced AWS Cloud Developer with 7-10+ years of experience in developing and integrating applications. The ideal candidate will have strong programming skills with extensive experience in AWS services, and the ability to develop and support data pipelines.

Pay rate: $45-47 hr

Required Skills & Experience

- Experience building and maintaining ETL pipelines with large data sets using AWS services such as AWS GLue, Lambda, Event Bridge, Step functions, SNS, SQS, S3
- Experience working with APIs and data extraction techniques
- Strong Python development skills, including PySpark
- Advanced SQL query writing and performance tuning for AWS Redshift and other industry leading
- RDMS such MS SQL Server, Postgres
- Experience with Amazon ECS and ECR for containerization
- Proficiency in CI/CD tools and methodologies
- In-depth understanding of AWS IAM roles, policies, and cloud security principles
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) concepts
- Experience with agile methodologies
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (AWS QuickSight, Power BI, or Spotfire)
