Job Description

A client of Insight Global is seeking a Manufacturing Operator to join their team in the SE Houston, TX area. This person will assemble, test, and inspect medical devices to ensure they comply with company procedures. They will ensure traceability compliance by maintaining accurate production documentation, maintaining accurate material inventory, and identifying possible process or product improvements. This person will be responsible for ensuring all production activities are in full compliance with all regulatory, Quality System, and GMP requirements.

Required Skills & Experience

High School Graduate or equivalent

Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a manufacturing operator in the non-medical device industry

Knowledge of material control and documentation software systems (QAD and TDoc)

Ability to work a flexible schedule

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Medical device manufacturing environment experience

Experience working in an ISO 9001 or GMP manufacturing environment

Clean room environment and soldering experience

Inspection and instrumentation experience
