Our client is seeking a HRIS Analyst to join their team in Houston, TX. The HRIS Analyst will support the maintenance of the human resource management system (HRMS) in addition to other systems supported by the HRIS team. This position serves as a point of contact for human resources and assists with ensuring data entry, data integrity, data reporting and documentation on standard processes within the system. The HRIS analyst also supports SuccessFactors upgrades, patches, testing and other technical projects as assigned.

Bachelor's degree in computer science, HR, or related field
3+ years of experience in HRIS
Experience with HR Systems/ Applications (i.e.: SuccessFactors, SAP, ADP
Advanced Microsoft Excel, using vLookup, pivot tables, etc.
Experience with data entry and extreme attention detail
