An employer is looking for a Jr. Business Analyst/Scrum Master for one of our top Utility clients in the Nation. This role will support a Technology Operations line of business for both the System Administrator and Integration teams. You will be responsible for helping to create sprint plans, cleaning up release management calendars, and getting these projects organized. This role will also provide support as the team's SharePoint Administrator maintaining all documentation, Issues Tracker, Approval Tracker, Calendar, and Release Management. The position runs the project sprint planning, Mode Switches and handles the Regression and Defect testing after all major patching. We are looking for someone who is excited to learn, take on additional tasks as they come up, and be an immediate value add to this team. - 1+yr of experience in an enterprise environment setting providing any sort of project support or administration
- 1-2+ years of professional experience working as a Junior Business Analyst, Project Support or Junior Scrum Master within an enterprise environment
-Experience working in Agile methodology and creating sprint plans/cleaning up of release management calendars
- Experience maintaining and administering documentation in SharePoint
- Experience with cross-functional communication and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and take on tasks as needed
- Go getter mentality, willing to step-up and take on new tasks, excitement to learn and grow within a new environment
