Job Description

One of Insight Globals top consulting clients is looking for a Banking Operations Analyst to sit on site 5 days a week at a top investment bank in Dallas, TX. They will be supporting the asset management division of the bank. This person will be allocated to support one of their top clients, working under a Senior Analyst on the team to ensure client retention, satisfaction, and accuracy. The Banking Operations Analyst will be responsible for understanding client accounts from an operational perspective, coordinating client events and escalating issues across internal teams to ensure client systems are set up prior to account trading activity. This individual will also act as a liaison with custodians, brokers, etc on behalf of their client to enable connectivity, establish operational flows, and respond to service requests and inquiries. Some of these job responsibilities include : ensuring accounting data accuracy, reviewing and resolving client issues, reconciliations, NAV reconciliations, and failing trades. The team is looking for a candidate with a year within banking operations within a financial institution, a bachelors degree, and knowledge of Microsoft Office. Additional preferred requirements would be experience within accounting, reconciliations, and failing trades. Required Skills & Experience

- 1+ year of experience within a financial institution
- Knowledge within banking operations, preferably within reconciliations, trade execution, or accounting
- Bachelors Degree (preferably related to finance)
- Microsoft Office

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Trade operations background
