A client of Insight Global is seeking an Electrical Technician to join their team in Clear Lake, TX. This person will be hands-on in the lab testing the electrical hardware of medical devices. They will have a hand in the design of hardware tests on the company's medical device products. They will develop automated tests for continuous, characterization, design verification, and production. The hardware engineering team also assists in executing the tests and analyzing data that will be used in making future design changes to the products. Finally, this person will be responsible for writing and interpreting technical documents.

2-5 years of experience as an Electrical Technician
CAD experience
Experience with soldering
Understanding of SolidWorks
Experience writing and interpreting technical documents
Experience with electrical equipment (power meters, power sources, basic circuits, and oscilloscopes)
