Job Description

Our client a global leader in fuel dispensing, payment processing, and fuel management technology, is seeking an RMA & Repair Operations Supervisor. This role will oversee the RMA (Return Material Authorization) and Repair Operations teams, ensuring efficient material flow, repair processes, and return crediting while driving process improvements and change management initiatives.

The RMA & Repair Operations Supervisor will manage a team of 25+ employees, including 3 direct reports, team captains, responsible for receiving, crediting, repairing, and returning materials. This role requires a strategic mindset, not just tactical execution, and will function as both a people leader and a project managerdeveloping processes, eliminating bottlenecks, and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
· Oversee end-to-end RMA and repair processes, including receiving, crediting, repairs, and vendor returns.
· Ensure employees meet quality and delivery standards while maintaining cost and efficiency targets.
· Identify process bottlenecks and improvement opportunities; implement Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to drive efficiency.
· Act as a project manager, leading strategic process development and workflow optimization.
· Provide daily operational updates, including throughput tracking, defective material management, and performance metrics.
· Work closely with engineering, maintenance, and other DFS teams to resolve process and equipment issues.
· Manage team performance, including interviewing, hiring, training, and development.
· Oversee financial aspects of the return process, including crediting returns and managing warranty programs.
· Maintain records of returned and repaired goods, ensuring proper inventory levels.
· Conduct quality audits, root cause analyses, and process monitoring.

Required Skills & Experience

· High school diploma or GED with 7+ years of experience in manufacturing leadership, materials management, or operational finance.
· Proficiency in MS Office and enterprise systems such as Oracle or SAP.
· Experience managing end-to-end return and repair operations, including warranty programs and crediting processes.
· Strong analytical and troubleshooting skillsability to identify inefficiencies and implement solutions.
Demonstrated experience in Lean Process Improvements, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

· Bachelors degree in Business, Manufacturing, or a technical field.
· Experience in B2B manufacturing operations or electronic/mechanical assembly.
Background in continuous improvement, supply chain management, or warehouse operations.
