Job Description

Job Overview:The CyberFix Taskforce Specialist will be a key member of the CyberFix Taskforce, a dedicated team focused on resolving issues, problems, and blockers encountered by the IAM team during the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and platform implementation and enhancements. The Specialist will collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and technicians to quickly address and resolve problems, ensuring that the core IAM team can continue to focus on the execution of original deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify, analyze, and resolve issues and blockers that arise during SDLC projects and platform implementation.
Collaborate with SMEs, technicians, and stakeholders to develop and implement effective solutions.
Maintain clear and consistent communication with the IAM team and other departments to ensure transparency and alignment.
Document and track issues, resolutions, and lessons learned to improve future processes and prevent recurrence.
Provide expert advice and support in the areas of cybersecurity, identity, and access management.
Participate in regular meetings and updates with the CyberFix Taskforce and other relevant teams.
Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in cybersecurity and IAM.

Required Skills & Experience

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in cybersecurity, IAM, or related roles.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive results.
Knowledge of SDLC processes and experience with platform implementation and enhancements.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA) are a plus.

Skills:
Proficiency in cybersecurity tools and technologies.
Strong understanding of IAM principles, technologies, and best practices.
Ability to quickly assess and address complex technical issues.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
