Insight Global is looking for a Teradata Architect/DBA to join one of our largest Financial clients in Plano, TX. This Architect role is responsible for evaluating Teradata platform features and creating roadmaps. Creates Teradata platform standards and integration patterns. Performs Proof of Concept execution and socialization. Creates foundational architecture for new capability. Coordinates pilot onboarding to new capability. Support teams for key feature implementation, troubleshooting, and remediation of Teradata Users and Applications.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- 5-7 years experience working with Teradata (with architecture and administration work)
- Hands on coding experience with Python
- Proficient in SQL and Teradata vantages such as TPT, BTEQ, FastLoad, MultiLoad, and TPump
- Proficient in vantages like NOS, QueryGrid and Clearscape Analytics
