L3 Network Engineer

We are looking for an innovative, analytically driven, Sr. Network Operations Engineer to provide direction and solutions that enhance mission-critical operations.

This an operation role which is part of a 24/7/365 support organization which requires on-call rotation/after hour work as necessary

Responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing enterprise network infrastructure.

Provides advanced support for network incidents, ensures high availability, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to enhance performance and security.

Leads problem resolution, automation initiatives, and network improvements while mentoring junior engineers

Support and manage enterprise network solutions leveraging current LAN/WAN technologies including SDNs and ZTNA concepts.

Leverage standard Service Management tools to work on incidents and service request in a prioritized manner.

Pay for this position ranges from $60-$68/hr

8 + years of relevant network hands-on experience

5+ years working in mission-critical environment

Relevant certifications such as Cisco CCNA/CCNP, ITIL Foundation/Expert, SDN/Network Virtualization, Zero Trust (Zscaler) and other industry certifications preferred.

Subject matter expertise with Meraki and Fortinet equipment

Management and Support of dynamic routing (e.g., BGP, OSPF, EIGRP) to optimize network communication.

Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of the enterprise network.

Experience with Network Hypervisor, VXLAN, SD-WAN and SD-LAN concepts.

Demonstrated experience in Network Managed Services and Network Cloud

Collaborate with teams to deploy and manage virtualized network resources.

Demonstrated experience leading technical restoration in a high-pressure environment.

Demonstrated experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) process development.
