We are looking for an innovative, analytically driven, Sr. Network Operations Engineer to provide direction and solutions that enhance mission-critical operations.
This an operation role which is part of a 24/7/365 support organization which requires on-call rotation/after hour work as necessary
Responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing enterprise network infrastructure.
Provides advanced support for network incidents, ensures high availability, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to enhance performance and security.
Leads problem resolution, automation initiatives, and network improvements while mentoring junior engineers
Support and manage enterprise network solutions leveraging current LAN/WAN technologies including SDNs and ZTNA concepts.
Leverage standard Service Management tools to work on incidents and service request in a prioritized manner.
Pay for this position ranges from $60-$68/hr
