Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Supervisor/Trainer to join a growing ISP company. We are looking for candidates that have worked in the Fiber optics/Data Center/Field Engineering space. We need candidates that have run or lead training programs. You will be responsible for going onsite to Hut locations to train Engineers for both basic to mid level Fiber related needs. This role will need somebody that can be flexible to travel and a strong desire to lead a training program. Technical skill sets will be around Fiber testing, splicing and ground maintenance. Looking for a pay rate of $55-62hr.

Required Skills & Experience

- Strong Communication and organization
- Fiber diagnostics experience (hands on)
- Having lead a team or run a training program before
- Ability to travel to HUT locations-6 prime locations US
- strong experience with Fiber splicing and testing
- Ability to create playbooks and documentation for future training groups
- Any past experience within a train the trainer programs
