Job Description
Our oil & gas client has the need for an Accounts Payable Analyst to join their team and sit downtown Houston. This team is the pipeline operations team and they handle all the op ex and construction projects. This individual will work on mainly shopping cart requests & PO processing. Eventually, they will also work on invoice lookup. They will also do Ad Hoc Data request. More duties: Invoicing, payroll, risk management, budgets, forecasts, etc. We get a lot of data requests through SAP & excel. Reconcile invoices to cost of projects. Following up on invoicing issues with vendors.
