Job Description

An oil & gas company in the midstream sector is looking for an HR Administrator to join their team. They will be assisting and supporting recruiting and onboarding efforts. Dealing with posting jobs. Working in the applicant tracking system. Supporting internal, onboarding efforts. This individual will be assigned to working with the I-9 portion of the candidates onboarding. The client averages 130 hires per month, so they will be kept busy handling the i-9 section. This will also include uploading documents for employee records. Their job starts once a candidate has signed an offer letter and the onboarding begins. This individual will meet with the new hires and show them documentation and they will also be verifying their employment and entering it into the E verify system.

Required Skills & Experience

-3-5 years of experience as HR assistant
-Clerical experience
-Knowledge of I-9 completion & virtual I-9 process
-E verify experience
-Microsoft office suite (Outlook, Excel)
-Payrolling system knowledge
-Knowledge of Applicant tracking systems
-Experience dealing with employee files Employee records (online records)
-Understands Employment Verification
