Job Description

A midstream oil and gas client in Houston, TX, is looking for a Project Manager to join their pipeline integrity project management team. This person will be responsible for project management of integrity-related smaller scale projects from beginning to end. They will be running weekly meetings, ensuring that stakeholders are following up on any action items have been assigned, day to day management of projects and project teams. This includes scoping and estimating projects all the way through construction. They will be coordinating permitting, right of way, procurement, construction, contracting, estimating, construction management, etc., but will also have support staff to lean on.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor's in Engineering

Pipeline Cutouts experience on NatGas pipelines

5-10 years of project management experience within pipeline remediation and repair construction projects

Experience with very high volume digs (150/year)

Strong knowledge of pipeline integrity

Experience managing projects from early concept development through execution (planning, permitting, acquiring right of way, construction)

Ability to move projects through in a timely manner and interface well with all teams supporting the project

Good written and verbal communication

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Capital Project experience

Experience working for a large operator

Strong understanding of financial cycles

HDD experience
