Insight Global is searching for an IAM Analyst to join a locally owned and operated commercial bank headquartered in McKinney, TX. This person will be part of the Identity & Access Management team, working through their IAM & ticketing system. All tickets coming through the system are access related, regarding joiners, movers, and leavers. This candidate will approximately be completing anywhere from 30-50 tickets a day and be working alongside five other peers. This solution-driven individual will need to be familiar with working in the IAM field, specifically with the user lifecycle, troubleshooting and audit reviewing. This role is a hybrid opportunity, 3x a week onsite at the HQ office in McKinney and 2x/week WFH.

* 3+ years working as an analyst in a corporate environment within Identity & Access Management
* 2+ years working in ManageEngine or any similar ticketing system (ServiceNow, etc.)
* Proficient with the user lifecycle, troubleshooting, audit reviews and role-based access control (RBAC)
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent education / experience
* Needs to have GREAT communication & be SOLUTION DRIVEN
* Must have an eye for detail
* Must be able to pivot when needed and be able to perform in a high tempo environment
* Prior experience at a financial intuition
