This position will be actively engaged in a hands-on role within AT&T's WiFi Product Certification lab in Plano, TX. This lab features advanced testing and automation capabilities. The candidate will have the opportunity to bring their experience and knowledge base to fortify AT&T's WiFi product offerings. We are looking for candidates with an innovative mindset to increase test efficiencies, reducing time to market for new product and service offerings.
Key Roles/Responsibilities
IoT Automation: Drive IoT automation in an OTA environment, ensuring efficient and effective testing processes.
End-to-End Testing: Conduct comprehensive end-to-end testing across multiple products for residential gateways (RG) and extender releases.
Test Case Development: Develop test cases based on requirements and use case reviews, focusing on automation to enhance testing efficiency.
Performance Analysis: Analyze WiFi performance data to determine whether it meets expectations and identify areas for improvement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with various internal cross-functional organizations to analyze test results, reproduce, and identify issues.
Problem Documentation: Clearly document and describe issues found during testing, providing adequate supporting data.
Vendor Collaboration: Collaborate with vendors towards product certification, ensuring quality and compliance.
Bug Tracking: Find, isolate, document, regress, and track bugs through resolution, engaging others in collaborative problem-solving.
Technical Support: Provide technical support to the internal team, including analyzing device logs and providing analysis results.
Ad Hoc Testing: Develop ad hoc test cases as situations may require.

- Bachelors degree in Computer or Electrical Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, or Mathematics OR 7 years of work experience in lieu of degree.
- On-site role in the office 5 days per week.
