We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Administrative Specialist - Onboarding to support our HR team during a high-volume period. This is a 3-month remote contract position with the possibility of extension. You will report directly to the Total Rewards Sr. Manager and play a critical role in ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new hires while handling various HR administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.

* Onboarding Coordination: Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring timely communication and efficient handling of all necessary steps.
* Job Postings: Post job openings in UKG or similar systems, ensuring accurate and consistent information.
* Offer Letters & Background Checks: Prepare and send offer letters, coordinate background and drug screenings using tools like Sterling, and maintain accurate records.
* IT Coordination: Collaborate with the IT department to ensure new hires receive laptops and necessary equipment.
* Data Management: Pull reports and extract data from UKG, supporting HR reporting needs and ad hoc projects.
* Communication: Provide status updates to large groups and effectively communicate across multiple stakeholders.
* Administrative Tasks: Handle various administrative HR tasks, including random projects and maintaining organized records.
* At least 2 years of experience in onboarding or a related HR function.
* Proficient in UKG (or similar HRIS platforms) and Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams.
* High school diploma or equivalent required.
* Strong organizational skills, ability to adapt quickly, and exceptional communication skills, especially with large groups.
* Ability to thrive in a super-fast-paced environment and quickly adapt to changing priorities.
Familiarity with high-volume HR environments is a plus.
