As a member of the Digital Marketing team in the Corporate Communications & Experience
Department, is responsible for writing, editing, proofreading, and publishing content for
various digital communication platforms, including but not limited to public websites,
secure portals, and secure sites. Publishes keyword-focused digital marketing content
including web pages, blog posts and notices in an engaging, accurate, and search
engine optimized manner. Utilizes HTML code and CSS to improve and update content for secure
portals and content management system. Contributes to the UX design process to
ensure that content is appropriately structured to provide optimal consumer experiences
and meet the goals for secure portals and public websites. Works with the Digital
Marketing Manager to develop and implement portal and website governance plan to
ensure content is reviewed and updated on a timely basis. Analyzes, measures, reports,
and optimizes digital content performance and proactively identifies and recommends
improvements.

- 5 years experience within journalism, communications, digital marketing, or content writing role
- Bachelors degree or equivalent technical certifications
- 2-3 years of professional technical experience as a UI/UX developer, web developer, using HTML and CSS coding and understanding of formatting content on web for optimal UX
