Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Service Desk Analyst to join one of our largest federal clients. Daily work will be fully remote, but the candidate must be within driving distance of Dallas, TX to be able to go on-site as needed. This position is in a 24 x 7x 365 environment, working various day and/or evening shifts and provides onsite business support by answering or making outbound customer calls, monitoring operational dashboards and group email inbox to create, resolve and/or escalate operational incidents and service requests.
Familiarization or use of established Incident Management Process and Procedures must be adhered to when classifying, prioritizing, and escalating incidents. This is a night position working 8 pm EST - 8 am EST.

The pay range for this role is between 15/hr and 20/hr based on experience.

Required Skills & Experience

At least 1-3 years of prior Service Desk experience working with incident ticketing system and event management.

Proficient with MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint Critical thinking skills Professional communication skills both written and verbal

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- ITIL Foundation Certification
- Anyone who has supported a financial/federal client in the past
