Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Project Scheduler for a long-term project in Fort Saskatchewan. Day to day responsibilities include developing and maintaining detailed project schedules, ensuring all phases are accurately tracked and deadlines are met. The successful candidate will coordinate with various departments to integrate schedules, identify potential delays, and implement corrective actions to keep the project on track. Additionally, providing regular progress reports and updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and effective communication throughout the projects lifecycle.

Required Skills & Experience

- 15+ years of experience scheduling and planning major capital projects (50+MM) in O&G/EPC specifically in North America

- Must have full cycle experience (30/60/90 project life cycle)

- Highly experienced with P6, strong knowledge and understanding of logic and constraints

- Strong communication skills, will regularly be presenting to stakeholders and leaders

- Proficient in Excel

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Project Management, or Business Administration

- Experienced at the Construction Work Area (CWA) and Construction Work Package (CWP) levels
