This Workday HCM Test Lead will be responsible for overseeing all stages of the Global Workday HCM Implementation testing strategy across multiple countries. Currently the teamuses Workday HCM, and this project will expand its use globally to 28,000 employees in 16 countries. The modules implemented will be Core, Basic Comp, Performance and Talent, Recruiting, Absence. In Canada they will also add Payroll and Time Tracking. The project will include the first steps to global job architecture redesign and optimization in Workday.

- Understanding of Workday, the various modules, and how it is stood up in an organization
- Experience creating a global ERP testing strategy, testing timeline and plan
- Resource and project planning -- operating functional Project Manager in conjunction with the integration partner and onshore Sysco PM
- MS Excel experience
- Smartsheet experience for project planning and tracking
- Experience with global CRM implementations
