Job Description
Insight Global is hiring a Senior Change Manager with over 10 years of experience in business and technology transformation, including at least five years in the Oil and Gas industry, to join their client's Digital Transformation Group. The consultant will lead change management activities across multiple strategic initiatives, focusing on developing a persona-based training curriculum. Additionally, the consultant will enhance internal change management capabilities by providing education, training, and support on transformational initiatives across business units.

Required Skills & Experience
- Prosci Change Management Certification OR CCMP (Certified Change Manager Professional)
- 10+ years of experience as a change management consultant
- At least 5 years of change management within the Oil & Gas industry
- Recent Experience within Digital Transformation across an enterprise
