Insight Global is looking for a Change Manager to lead and deliver Enterprise Change Management for Digital Change Management Initiatives at an Oil & Gas client using Agile methodologies. The Change Manager will be supporting workplace experience efforts across the organization consisting but not limited to -- Microsoft Copilot, Viva insights, and Enterprise Search Platform. They will do so by Creating and executing on actionable deliverables such as (but not limited to): change management plans, impact assessments, communications plans, and training plans. Act as the Change Manager on assigned IT implementations, AI, and digital transformational projects. Consult and coach business and IT teams in understanding and using change management framework and practices. Guide teams through standard and specialized change management activities, with the intention of supporting the adoption of new ways of working, while raising the knowledge and awareness of business unit leaders in change management.
