A client of Insight Global is looking for a Data Product Owner to join their global Digital transformation team in Dallas, TX. This candidate will be responsible for working cross-functionally with international teams to design data products and efficiently bring them to market. This person will deliver solutions to the business by collaborating and conducting research with necessary stakeholders to validate product ideas. This person will then define a set of requirements and hold the engineering team accountable to build and deliver accordingly. The Data Product Owner will develop roadmaps, write users stories and product requirements, and manage product backlog. The team runs in two week sprints. It is essential that this person is driven with exceptional communication and problem-solving skills. This is a hybrid position requiring 3 days onsite (T/W/TH) and 2 days remote (M/F) working the hours of 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM CST.

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
5+ years of experience working in a Product Owner or Product Management role (ideally in an international environment)
Proven ability to manage and prioritize product backlog
Previous experience managing data products and building frameworks in a large scale environment
Experience utilizing BI tools and analytics platforms (Power BI and Google Analytics are preferred)
Experience in Agile environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
