Insight Global is seeking a highly experienced Senior Reliability Engineer with a strong background in electrical and reliability engineering. This person can sit remote, but will ideally be local to the Houston, Tx area. The ideal candidate will have a background in medical device, automotive, or aerospace industries. This person will be responsible for reliability predictions, testing, and developing qualification plans. This role is crucial for ensuring the robustness and reliability of the clients products.
Hourly Rate: $60-$70 per hour

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, or IT
Minimum of 10 years of experience in electrical and reliability engineering.
Extensive experience with reliability predictions of electrical assemblies.
Proficiency in reliability testing, including life testing, HTOL, and HALT.
Expertise in Mean Time To Failure (MTTF) predictions using MIL-HDBK-217F or other methods.
Ability to develop qualification plans and protocols for individual components and commercial devices.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and reliability.
