For this role, you will be joining one of the top full service rail owners in North America, some of your responsibilities will include:
Responsibilities:
Assist Senior Project Managers in overseeing a Kronos upgrade project and IAM program project
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines are met
Coordinate project activities, resources, and deliverables
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, team members, and vendors
Utilize Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for project documentation and reporting
Maintain project schedules, budgets, and status reports
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success
Demonstrate a proactive and efficient approach to project management
